I recently worked with John  for wall and ceiling panel installations in my living room. I had already purchased the materials from Costco, and John went above and beyond—doing research ahead of time to make sure the installation would be done the right way. His initial estimate was clear, detailed, and included potential challenges along with how they’d be addressed. Our front door was hung too low and was dragging on the ground. I called John, who got a quote to us the next day. He re-hung it, painted it, and put trim around it. We are so happy with the results. What a great experience.  I took a chance with John's Fix-it company and I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism he showed.  We had 5 cedar  porch posts that were totally rotted  and needed replaceing.  His preparation with obtaining the posts and all the extraneous material was right on target.
